Jose Silva is a state-of-the-art medical center based in Timisoara, one of the most important cities in Romania. They offer a wide range of high-quality medical services at competitive rates. With a 2 million euros investment in medical equipment and a team of highly experienced doctors, their main goal was to increase their visibility and number of appointments.
In order to fulfill their needs we had to start from scratch. First we began by mapping an A to Z strategy so we could have a better understanding of how the website should look like.
After this crucial step we started to prepare all paid campaigns on Facebook and Google.
In general when a client comes to us for the full-service experience it’s easier and more efficient for us as an agency to oversee and predict certain situations and also to maintain a smooth transition between every step.
We started to design a website with a clean and modern aspect using a very appealing color scheme generally used in their respective industry. However the emphasis was put on certain areas of the website where we would showcase the highly experienced team of doctors and the state of the art equipment the clinic had to offer.
In order to achive maximum visibility in our targeted area we configured all requiered paid campaigns on Facebook and Google.
Also we created a Facebook Group where we uploaded frequent informational posts in order to better understand our target audience.

After implementing all of the above, we noticed both an increase in interest from new clients and also an interesting tendency from the existing clients who began recommending the clinic to family or friends.
All marketing efforts indirectly led to a doubling of revenue compared to the previous year 2018 and a better positioning compared to the competition at the regional level - 23% of the clinic's clients were from other counties.
The key to the success of this project was the fact that we tried to educate the public and then sell - which set us apart from the competition.
