Project Overview

Consorhogar is a real estate developer who builds large-scale buildings with a modern and extravagant style. Being only on their second high-scale project they are afairly new name on the real estate market in Romania. Our marketing efforts focused on brand awareness and lead generation. Also one of our points was on customer loyalty.

Being only on their second high-scale project they are afairly new name on the real estate market in Romania. Our marketing efforts focused on brand awareness and lead generation. Also one of our points was on customer loyalty.

Execution

To gain a reputation in the local market, the first thing we focused on was to submit the project presentation to all the specialized real-estate registries in the area. We created ads for each type of apartment, for penthouses and commercial spaces and we were very careful with our approach.

After the website was ready and we gained a little awareness we started with the paid ads on Google and Social Media where we chose the advertisement based on 3D renderings of the construction and videos shot with drones.

For our lead generation, we used Facebook Lead GenerationAds and captured over 6,500 potential customers, the list being handed over to a sales agent to schedule a meeting on-site.

An advantage was the fact that most real estate developers do not pay much attention to promotion through Google Ads or Facebook Ads, but only on local listings - a fact that has been proven: 63% of customers came from paid ads, 6% from recommendations and 31% of local listings.

To gain the trust of our clients we used email marketing. Every two weeks they received reports and images with the progress of the construction site.

Results

Despite the pandemic, the results were pretty immediate.

Our ads have been seen over 20 million times, by 2,380,611 people from both our county and neighboring ones.

Speaking of sales, less than 10 months after the start of the project we managed to sell 80% of the apartments - Consorhogar being the client with the largest ROAS on our list. 

In fact, our email marketing efforts were not either. About every message sent was redistributed to other people 3 times (on average).
